You acknowledge and agree that all medical advice and treatment is provided directly by independent clinicians, each of whom is responsible for their professional conduct and guidance delivered via the ADHD PLUS Platform.
By using the ADHD PLUS Platform, you agree that ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD provides a technological platform enabling consultations on a self-funded basis or through NHS referrals. Unless you opt out, we will share relevant medical information with your NHS GP. Your options for sharing your medical records will be presented before your first consultation.
Please note that when you book an appointment, an electronic medical record (“EMR”) will automatically be generated on our platform.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD offers a range of psychiatric and mental health services, including:
Please note that not all mental health conditions are suitable for remote or online consultation. If you are uncertain whether your situation is appropriate for an online session, we strongly recommend seeking in-person medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
While services are primarily delivered in English, we may be able to accommodate consultations in other languages, depending on clinician availability. Please contact us for details.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD does not provide guarantees or make representations regarding the specific training, qualifications, or clinical expertise of individual clinicians. However, all clinicians are subject to regulatory oversight under UK law, including verification of registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and confirmation of their legal right to practise in the UK.
To ensure safe and effective care, you must:
Please note that our consultations and services are customised to your specific circumstances. For this reason, you must not register for our services more than once.
Accessing Our Services from Outside the UK and Republic of Ireland
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD provides psychiatric and mental health services to both adults and children (as detailed in Section 5).
All services are delivered from within the United Kingdom, under the regulation of the Care Quality Commission (CQC)—the independent regulator for health and social care services in England.
If you are accessing our services from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to ensure that doing so is legally permitted in your country or region. Our services are governed strictly by UK law and regulatory standards. We cannot accept liability for any discrepancies or conflicts between UK healthcare law and the healthcare regulations of other jurisdictions.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD provides child and adolescent psychiatric services to individuals aged 7 years and above.
All consultations for children and young people under the age of 18 must be initiated and arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
Services for children begin with an initial assessment involving the parent or legal guardian. Any follow-up appointments will also include or be arranged through the parent or guardian, as appropriate to the child’s age and clinical needs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we have reasonable grounds to believe that they are being used in breach of these requirements, including the misrepresentation of age or identity.
To use the services provided by ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements on your own behalf, including acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Access Requirements
Our services are delivered remotely via internet-enabled devices using secure platforms and digital infrastructure (the “ADHD PLUS Platform”). While we provide the Platform for your access, we are not responsible for your internet connection, hardware, or any third-party network infrastructure.
All clinical consultations are conducted by video call through the ADHD PLUS Platform.
You may receive notifications regarding appointment details, messages from clinicians, or other sensitive information. Therefore, you should use an accessible and secure email address for all communication.
Minimum Technical Requirements
Operating Systems and Browsers:
Internet Connection:
A minimum of 2 Mbps download speed is required. For best performance, 3 Mbps or higher is recommended.
Service Interruptions and Platform Use
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. In cases of technical or cybersecurity risks, services may be temporarily suspended to ensure safety and functionality. We will work to minimise downtime, but no compensation or refund is offered unless the disruption lasts longer than 30 days, after which you may cancel your appointment and request a full refund.
We reserve the right to:
Account Security and Misuse
Your account credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs under your login. You must:
Until you report suspicious activity, we will assume all actions taken under your login are authorised by you.
We recommend using a secure internet connection, such as a trusted Wi-Fi or VPN, to reduce the risk of data theft. ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD is not liable for data breaches or losses resulting from use of unsecured or public networks.
We may monitor usage of the ADHD PLUS Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to deny or withdraw access if there is suspected misuse, attempted security breaches, or violations of intellectual property or patient confidentiality.
Cybersecurity
While we use anti-virus and anti-malware protection on our website, we cannot guarantee it is completely free from malicious software. You are responsible for using up-to-date antivirus protection on any device used to access our services.
Unauthorised access or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems are strictly prohibited.
If you decide to access our services through the NHS Right to Choose pathway, ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD will make every reasonable effort to support your application. However, we cannot guarantee approval, as the process is managed through your GP and NHS commissioning systems.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to initiate and manage the Right to Choose request via your GP. While we can assist by providing relevant information or documentation where needed, the final decision rests with your NHS provider and local Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Statutory 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period
Under UK consumer law, when purchasing goods or services online, you are typically entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of entering into the agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”) without giving a reason.
When booking your first appointment with ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD—whether online or by phone—you will be given the option to waive this right. By scheduling an appointment to occur within 14 days of your booking, you acknowledge and agree to waive your statutory cancellation rights to allow us to begin arranging services and securing clinician availability immediately.
Fees and Payment Terms
You agree that provision of any Services is subject to full payment of any consultation, administrative, or delivery-related charges in accordance with our current fee schedule (“Our Fees”).
As the account holder, you are fully responsible for all charges incurred at the time of booking. In the event of any dispute about responsibility for payment, we will refer to the contact and billing details provided at the time of booking. That named individual will be deemed legally responsible for all related charges.
All fees must be pre-authorised before services can be confirmed or delivered, and must be settled immediately following delivery of services (whether in whole or in part).
Late Payments
If any payment becomes overdue, you agree that:
Changes to Fees
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD reserves the right to update its pricing or fee structure at any time. Any revised fees may be applied prior to billing, provided you have not already confirmed and paid for your appointment under a prior pricing schedule.
Payment Authorisation
You expressly authorise ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD to pre-authorise or charge your debit/credit card in advance of any appointment confirmation or service provision. If authorisation fails or payment information is inaccurate, invalid, or not in funds, we reserve the right to decline service or cancel the appointment without further obligation.
Clinicians at ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD will only prescribe medication when, in their professional medical judgment, it is in the best interest of the patient. Please be aware that certain medications may not be appropriate for online prescription, depending on your condition, your location, and applicable medical or legal restrictions.
There is no guarantee that a prescription will be issued. You acknowledge that the decision to prescribe rests entirely with the Clinician and is subject to both clinical discretion and ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD policies in effect at the time of consultation.
Referral to Primary Care
Where appropriate, and with your consent, we will usually recommend that your local GP or primary care provider issue any medication. This supports continuity of care, may be more cost-effective, and enables access to local support services where needed.
Private Prescriptions
If a Clinician issues a prescription directly, it will typically be a private prescription, unless otherwise specified during the consultation. You agree that:
Private prescriptions issued by ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD are only valid within the UK at licensed UK pharmacies. These prescriptions are for your personal use only.
You agree to:
Pharmacy Fulfilment and Delivery
If you choose to:
We are not responsible if a licensed UK pharmacy refuses to dispense a legally issued prescription. Pharmacists retain the professional right to decline to dispense medication at their discretion. This does not affect your legal rights as a patient.
GP Information Sharing Requirement
We are unable to issue private prescriptions to any patient who does not consent to sharing relevant medical information with their GP. This includes giving ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD permission to request your health summary from your GP when necessary.
If you misplace a prescription, medical letter, or fit note, a replacement may be issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing Clinician. There is no guarantee that a document will be re-issued. If the Clinician agrees to provide a replacement, you will be charged in line with our current fee schedule for duplicate documents.
To request the re-issue of a previously provided document, please contact us through the appropriate support channel.
Documents will be sent to the email or postal address listed in your patient account at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact details provided are accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or outdated contact information.
The cost of delivering your prescription, medical letter, or fit note by email (one-time only) is included within the applicable administration fee, as outlined in our Fees.
Once an email containing your document is marked as “sent” by our system—with a time and date stamp for ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD’s records—you agree that the document is deemed to have been successfully delivered. These system records shall serve as sufficient and undisputed proof of delivery.
You acknowledge that ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD is not responsible for the actions of your email service provider (including spam filters, junk folders, or other email filtering tools) that may prevent documents from reaching your inbox. In such cases, you agree it is your responsibility to address the issue with your provider.
Unless you contact us to report a problem, we will assume that any document sent by email has been received within 24 hours of being marked as sent by our system.
The cost of delivering your document once only to a UK mainland address by Royal Mail First Class post (or an equivalent service) is included in the relevant administration fee, as outlined in our current Fees.
Documents are sent as standard first-class letters, and while we use reliable postal services, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
If you have not received your document within seven (7) working days from the date it is marked as “sent” in your account, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Unless you notify us of a delivery issue, we will consider any document sent by first-class post to be received within forty-eight (48) hours of the system marking it as sent.
An Electronic Medical Record (EMR) will be created for you as part of your consultation with a Clinician. This EMR documents your medical history, current health conditions, medications, and any outcomes or notes from consultations, in accordance with UK healthcare regulations.
Information from your video or chat-based consultations becomes part of your EMR once added by your Clinician. If you wish to include specific details, you must make this request during the consultation.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your EMR during consultations. ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD is not responsible for maintaining a complete record of all data relating to your use of our Services.
We reserve the right to process, review, retain, or delete communications and materials according to our Privacy Policy.
Your Clinician is legally bound to use your EMR information in line with UK data protection and confidentiality laws, including obtaining the necessary consents for sharing information. By requesting a consultation, you consent to the Clinician accessing your full EMR.
To request a copy of your EMR, please contact us directly.
Subject to availability, you may book consultations in advance. You will receive confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours (or within 4 hours of a scheduled same-day appointment), please contact us.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD may amend or cancel your appointment and will notify you via email if this occurs.
Before prescribing certain medications, you will be asked to show valid photo ID. Acceptable forms include:
You may join your booked session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time (e.g., for a 3:00 PM booking, you may join until 3:15 PM). After that, the session may be deemed missed.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel through our platform or by contacting us. You will receive a cancellation email—if you do not receive this, the cancellation may not have been processed.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD may terminate your service agreement if:
In such cases, we may deduct costs from any refund due or charge you for additional losses caused by your breach.
Missed Appointments:
Refunds will be issued if your consultation is disrupted due to issues on our side, such as:
Please provide full written details if you believe you’re entitled to a refund.
No refund will be issued if:
Refunds remain at the sole discretion of ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD.
ADHD PLUS HEALTH LTD will not be held liable if services are delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., system failures, internet outages, force majeure). If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and make every effort to minimise disruption.
If there is a risk of significant delay, you may cancel your appointment and receive a refund for services not yet provided.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific Clinician at any given time.
We only use your personal information in line with our Privacy Notice.
Any data you share with us is handled according to the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and all other relevant privacy laws.
You must read our Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions and follow both. We will do our best to keep the Privacy Policy up to date and will let you know of any significant changes.
We encourage the recording of clinical consultations for reasons such as clinical quality audits and safeguarding. Patients also benefit from being able to revisit advice or share it with family members, especially if they have memory or cognitive issues.
At the start of each session, your clinician will ask for your consent to record the consultation. These recordings help generate assessment letters and maintain quality standards. You may refuse, in which case the consultation will not be recorded. Regardless, your clinician is still obligated to take accurate notes for your medical records.
If recorded with your consent, these recordings will form part of your medical record, accessible only by relevant staff under strict security protocols.
To request a copy of your recording, submit a formal Subject Access Request via:
Note: Due to file sizes, you will receive audio files in MP3 format.
More details on your rights can be found in our Data Protection Privacy Notice.
You must authorise and pay for services in advance. If you don’t, Psychiatry UK and the clinician aren’t obliged to proceed.
All charges on the P-UK Platform are your responsibility and must be paid before services are rendered. Unpaid invoices may result in suspended services.
Fees:
Consultations longer than the scheduled time may be charged at £6 per additional minute, at the clinician’s discretion.
Any additional charges (e.g. private prescriptions) must be paid in advance. If a balance remains unpaid, it is due within 7 days and may incur daily interest at 3% above bank base rate. Legal and collection fees may also apply.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us immediately. Disputed charges will not accrue interest until resolved.
We welcome your feedback to help improve our care and services. Whether you want to share a compliment or complaint, you can:
If you submit a complaint, we may need details from you to investigate. Our clinicians follow a formal complaints policy.
We will:
If your concern relates to a clinician’s professional conduct and our resolution is unsatisfactory, you can escalate the matter to the GMC.
Any legal dispute arising from these terms will be handled under English law in the courts of England and Wales.

We may transfer our rights and responsibilities under these Terms to another organisation. If this happens, we will notify you, and your rights will remain unaffected.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations to another person unless we agree. Only you can enforce the agreement, though a parent or guardian may do so on behalf of a minor as outlined in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Legal proceedings related to ADHD Plus Services or the Platform may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any section of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
