As a growing leader in ADHD care, we’re now seeking a Deputy Clinical Lead to help shape and support our Adult ADHD services. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking, flexible, and remote-first organisation.
Role Overview
The Deputy ADHD Clinical Lead plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Lead with the smooth running of adult ADHD services at ADHD Plus. You will help oversee daily clinical operations, maintain high standards of care, contribute to governance, and drive continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision & Support: Assist in supervising clinicians, providing mentorship and guidance on best practice
- Service Operations: Help manage day-to-day clinical workflows and patient pathways for optimal care delivery
- Governance & Quality: Support audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Performance Monitoring: Review team performance, identify training needs, and support clinical development
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team culture and effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Innovation & Development: Contribute to new projects and service improvements based on evidence-based practices
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support holistic service goals
Who You Are
A highly motivated, collaborative clinician with strong leadership potential and a passion for improving adult ADHD care. You’re confident managing clinical priorities, guiding teams, and working in a digital healthcare environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Degree with postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MRCPsych or equivalent)
- Full GMC Registration and inclusion on the Specialist Register
- Significant clinical experience in ADHD or related mental health services
- Background in clinical supervision and team support
- Familiarity with governance, quality assurance, and audit frameworks
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Leadership or managerial experience in mental health settings
- Experience in medical education, service development, or research
- Involvement in quality improvement or digital service transformation
