The UK Government requires employers with over 250 staff to publish their Gender Pay Gap data annually. This compares the average hourly pay of men and women across the organisation, highlighting differences.
In 2023, Psych-UK Ltd reached the reporting threshold for the first time, following a 93% increase in employee numbers from the previous year.

Ongoing commitments:
Equal opportunity recruitment and promotion.
Continuous monitoring of pay distribution.
