Dr Shahid Latif is a highly respected Consultant Psychiatrist with over 23 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across the NHS and private sector. He offers expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of adult mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.
Dr. Ramachandra Venkateshwara (Dr. Ram) is a highly qualified psychiatrist with an MBBS, MD (Gold Medal), DNB, MRCPsych and a distinguished Fellow of the European Board of Psychiatrists (2024). With over six years of specialized experience in psychiatry, Dr. Ram brings extensive expertise in assessing, evaluating, and treating ADHD and adult ADHD with a compassionate, holistic approach.
Dr Tomasz Mielnik is a dual-trained Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult and Old Age Psychiatry, with over five years of consultant-level experience. He is registered on the Specialist Register with a full license to practise and is both an Approved Clinician and Section 12(2) approved under the Mental Health Act.
With over 10 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked across a range of clinical settings and progressed into management roles, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting complex patient care. My passion for delivering person-centred, accessible mental health support led me to ADHD Plus, where I’m proud to be part of a team that values neurodiversity and is committed to reducing barriers to assessment and diagnosis.
Dr Risha Ruparelia graduated in 2009 from St George’s University of London and has been working in Psychiatry within the NHS since 2011. She gained her membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2014 and was also awarded an MSc with distinction in Psychiatric Practice from the University of Hertfordshire.
Dr Kumar has extensive experience of working in adult and CAMHS Learning disabilities services. He works for His Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service (The Mental Health Tribunal). He is also a mental heath assessor for Deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS) under Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Holding a BSc in Psychology, they combine academic insight with hands-on practice to support both operational efficiency and client engagement. Known for their calm, approachable manner and strong organisational skills, Daniella is often the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, responsive, and supportive environment. Their background in mental health care informs a thoughtful, empathetic approach to service delivery and team support.

Dr. Reem Ahmed obtained her MD in Medicine from Sofia, Bulgaria. She has two years of clinical experience in psychiatry and has been practicing in general medicine within those years. She is currently a core psychiatry trainee in the UK, where she continues to build on her commitment to holistic, patient-centred mental health care. Dr. Ahmed has a particular interest in the assessment and management of ADHD—a dynamic and evolving field in which she aims to provide thorough, empathetic, and evidence-based care. She also holds a strong interest in refugee mental health, recognising the complex psychological needs of displaced and marginalised populations. With a broad clinical foundation and a compassionate approach, Dr. Ahmed is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, inclusive care that addresses the diverse realities of those she supports.
Mizanoor is a highly experienced Lead Pharmacist and qualified Independent Prescriber with over seven years of clinical pharmacy expertise, including more than five years dedicated to mental health. He specialises in ADHD management, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care. In senior leadership roles within the NHS, Mizanoor has driven service improvements through strong clinical governance, policy development, and quality assurance. He has standardised prescribing practices, led audits and quality improvement projects, and overseen the safe implementation of electronic prescribing systems. Driven by a passion and commitment to patient safety and service excellence, Mizanoor remains focused on advancing ADHD care while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice and governance.
